How do I request a free trial?

To request a free trial on Educve.com, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Website: Go to educve.com and navigate to the course or subscription page you're interested in. Look for the "Free Trial" or "Try for Free" button – it's usually highlighted near the enrollment options.
  2. Sign Up or Log In: If you don't have an account, create one by providing your email and setting a password. If you're already registered, log in to your account.
  3. Select the Trial: Click the free trial option. For most courses, trials last 7-14 days (details vary by offering). You may need to enter payment information for verification, but you won't be charged during the trial period.
  4. Confirm and Start: Review the terms, confirm your request, and you'll gain immediate access. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

Can I request a refund?

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our educational offerings. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Digital Content (e.g., Courses, E-books): Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided after access is granted or content is downloaded, as it cannot be returned. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for select courses: If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 20% of the course, you may request a full refund.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but refunds for partial periods are not issued. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access (e.g., server errors attributable to us), we will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a refund or credit.
  • Accidental Purchases: Refunds for duplicate or erroneous purchases may be granted at our discretion if requested within 48 hours.
  • Free Trials: No payment is required during trials, but if you continue post-trial, standard billing applies. Cancellations during trials prevent charges.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed courses or fully consumed content.
  • Changes of mind after the refund window.
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., account sharing).
  • Third-party fees (e.g., bank charges).
